ngat88 Terms & Conditions

Access to and use of the ngat88 platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. ngat88 operates a strict 18+ policy. Any account found to have been registered by a person under the age of 18 will be closed immediately and all funds will be subject to review prior to any refund being issued.
• You are not a resident of or physically located in any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are registering as an individual in your own name and for your own personal use. Corporate accounts, shared accounts, and accounts operated on behalf of a third party are not permitted.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from ngat88 or had an account closed due to a breach of these Terms.
• You are of sound mind and are not registering or placing wagers under duress or impairment.

Each individual is permitted to hold one account only on the ngat88 platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms. ngat88 reserves the right to merge or close duplicate accounts and to void any wagers or winnings associated with them.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information current. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any Balance held at the time.

All transactions on the ngat88 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). ngat88 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals processed through supported Bangladesh payment channels. Third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction limits or charges, which are outside ngat88's control.

Supported Payment Methods

Deposit Limits and Processing

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no platform-imposed maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers may apply their own limits. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are processed instantly and credited to your ngat88 Balance in real time under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 2 business hours to be credited.

Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests to verified bKash and Nagad accounts are processed within 15 to 60 minutes of approval. Withdrawals to bank accounts are processed within 1 to 4 business hours. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification checks prior to processing. ngat88 reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing any withdrawal that triggers its risk review criteria.

You may only withdraw funds to a payment method that you have previously used to deposit. Withdrawals to third-party payment accounts not registered in your own name are not permitted and will be rejected. Any withdrawal request that cannot be completed due to verification failure will have the relevant funds returned to your ngat88 Balance pending resolution.

By placing a wager on any sports market or casino game available through the ngat88 platform, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable Game Rules and that you understand the nature of the bet being placed, including the odds offered, the possible outcomes, and the stakes involved.

Sports Betting

All sports betting markets on ngat88 — including cricket BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, international Bangladesh Tigers fixtures, football, kabaddi, and hockey — are governed by the specific market rules displayed at the time of bet placement. ngat88 reserves the right to suspend, void, or amend odds on any market at any time where it has reason to suspect match irregularity, data feed error, or where the event in question has been materially affected by circumstances outside normal competition conditions.

In-play (live) wagers are accepted subject to real-time availability. ngat88 is not responsible for delays between events occurring in reality and their reflection in the live betting interface. Wagers placed during such delays remain valid if accepted by the system prior to the triggering event, except where ngat88's rules for the specific market provide for void settlement in such circumstances.

Casino and Live Casino

Casino games — including slots, live dealer tables (baccarat, Dragon Tiger, roulette, blackjack, Andar Bahar), and crash games (including Aviator by Spribe) — are provided by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, Play'n GO, and Spribe. All games use certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, real physical game equipment streamed in real time. ngat88 does not control game outcomes, which are determined exclusively by the underlying RNG or physical game mechanics.

In the event of a technical failure during a casino game session — including but not limited to disconnection, game freeze, or server interruption — any incomplete game round will be resolved in accordance with the relevant game provider's malfunction policy. ngat88's liability in such cases is limited to the return of the stake associated with the incomplete round where the outcome cannot be determined.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by game, market, and account tier. Current limits for each product are displayed within the relevant section of the Platform. ngat88 reserves the right to apply individual account stake limits at its discretion without prior notice where risk management considerations require it.

ngat88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to the following:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within a reasonable period of being requested.
• Detection of prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity.
• Compliance with a legal obligation or regulatory instruction.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.

Closure at the Player's Request

You may request closure of your ngat88 account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your most recently used verified payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC verification. Bonus Balance that has not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Inactive Account Policy

An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wager activity is recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. ngat88 will attempt to contact you at your registered email address before applying any inactive account policy. After 12 months of inactivity, a monthly maintenance fee may be deducted from any remaining Balance until the Balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the player. The maintenance fee applicable at any given time is published in the Promotions and Policies section of the Platform.

Self-Exclusion Closure

Players who request self-exclusion through the responsible gaming tools available in their account settings will have their account access suspended for the duration of the self-exclusion period. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately. Reversal of self-exclusion is subject to a mandatory cooling-off period as described in Section 10 of these Terms.

ngat88 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment for all players. The following tools are available to every registered account holder free of charge and without requiring contact with customer support.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit. Reductions apply immediately; increases require a 24-hour review period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose over a defined period. Once reached, further wagers are declined until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Define a maximum duration for each playing session. ngat88 will alert you as your limit approaches and end your session automatically when it is reached.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a short break from gambling of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cool-off period, your account remains accessible for withdrawal only.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily suspend your ngat88 account for a minimum period of 6 months. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the active period. Requests to reverse self-exclusion made during the exclusion period will not be processed.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation — including non-contractual disputes and claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which ngat88 operates as an internationally licensed online gaming platform.

In the event of a dispute between you and ngat88 regarding any aspect of your account, a wager outcome, a payment transaction, or the interpretation of these Terms, you are encouraged to contact our customer support team in the first instance at [email protected]. ngat88 aims to resolve all player complaints within 5 business days of receipt of a clearly documented complaint.

If your complaint cannot be resolved satisfactorily through direct contact with the ngat88 support team, you may request escalation to a senior review within the ngat88 operations team. ngat88 will provide a final written decision within 10 business days of receiving an escalation request.

All times referenced in dispute resolution communications are expressed in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). Written communications submitted in languages other than English may not be processed within standard timelines, and ngat88 recommends that all dispute correspondence be submitted in English for the fastest possible resolution.
